Does PreggyBelt deliver worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to various countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, please contact us at info@preggybelt.com.

When will my order arrive?

When you order your item, your order will be processed in under 48 hours and delivered to your doorstep in 7-10 business days. This is because there might be occasional delays due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control.

 How much does delivery cost?

We deliver your items for Free.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information.

Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for its status to update.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you. In case you did not receive this email, please email us at info@preggybelt.com.

What payment methods does preggybelt accept?

Currently, we accept (Credit Cards and PayPal payments). If you would like to use a different payment method, our team will assist with your request! Please contact us directly at info@preggybelt.com to arrange the payment.

Is it safe to purchase online from the preggybelt.com Store?

Absolutely! Preggybelt.com uses a variety of technological security methods to ensure a safe payment for our customers. In addition, our privacy policy indicates that we do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers a great brand experience. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@preggybelt.com, so we can urgently review the matter and find the best solution for you.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 14 days after delivery hassle-free return for your items. The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been used in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

PreggyBelt offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States and Europe. However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at info@preggybelt.com.

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@preggybelt.com using the same e-mail address you used to order the item. We will send you the address you need to use to send back the items.

Once we receive the items, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

PreggyBelt cannot be held liable for the loss of the items during the return process. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details
